When you place an order or create an account on BuyJustNow, we collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled via bank transfer or other methods you initiate.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to process and deliver your orders, send order status notifications, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), which is hosted on Google's infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill orders.
4. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your password or any other Google account information. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in) and for Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed and where checkout is abandoned) so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share analytics data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We will process your request within 7 days.
